A few episodes ago, Dave and I had a discussion: What happens when great books (and not so great books) get turned into movies? Well, sometimes they turn into something amazing. Other times… well… You get The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
And then the feedback came in. Specifically from our friends Barnabas and Whit, both of whom have joined us on the show before, and soon we realized that we need to return to this topic and let the magic happen. Critiques, omissions, corrections, and a passionate discussion who is to blame for what went wrong on Justice League await on today’s episode of Reading Writers.
This episode also marks Barnabas’ fifth official appearance on the show as a featured guest (and he’s the first to ever do so). So, in honor of this special event, he received a special gift in keeping with the theme of today’s episode…
